You’ll receive my full attention and support, ensuring a highly personalized experience. I’ll tailor each session to meet your unique needs, help you perfect your form, and educate you on all aspects of health and fitness.
Together, we’ll set realistic, achievable goals, and I’ll also provide guidance on your training outside of our sessions to ensure you stay on track and make continuous progress.
Paired sessions or small
group training
Team up with a friend, partner, or family member to share a personal training session! It's a great way to stay motivated, hold each other accountable, and have fun together. Plus, it's a more cost-effective option!
A consultation
In short, we’ll have a thorough chat!
We’ll discuss your health and fitness goals, current lifestyle, exercise habits, and medical history. If you decide to proceed with personal training, I’ll guide you through a few exercises to assess your strengths and areas for improvement.
In my experience, taking the time for a detailed consultation is invaluable. It helps us get to know each other and ensures we’re aligned before your first session.
